At Uma Creation, every product is crafted with utmost care, faith, and attention to detail.
Because most of our items are customized or personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

All of our products β€” including customized Qur’an sets, Nikah gifts, Haqq Mahr boxes, and personalized Islamic hampers β€” are made to order.
For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, images, and personalization details carefully before checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
To help us resolve this quickly, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your case, our team will provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.
Please note that minor variations in color, design, or texture may occur due to handcrafted and photographic differences β€” these are not considered defects.

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The product is verified as defective and cannot be replaced, or

  • An incorrect item was sent, and a replacement is not available.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Personalized or engraved products

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Slight design or color variations from photos

  • Delays caused by courier or customs services

Because our items are made to order, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.
